To confirm a reservation, a non-refundable 50% of the rental fees is due to be paid within 48h after signing the mandatory rental agreement. The 50% remaining (non-refundable) is to be paid 60 days prior arrival together with the mandatory Climate resilience tax of 15€/night and the refundable damage deposit should this apply.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation within 2 months prior arrival, your down payment will be lost. Should you wish to cancel your reservation between 0 to 59 days prior arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the rental and related taxes and services costs. No refund can be claimed unless agreed otherwise. We highly recommend to secure your private travel insurance before booking.
Payment Methods
Default payment method is bank transfer. You will be provided with all account details on the rental agreement to proceed with your first payment.
Payment via credit or debit cards is also available with an extra bank charge of 3%.
Swimming Pool
Our swimming pool can be heated for shoulder months on request. Should you wish to use the heating system, we will apply an extra fee of 50€/day with a minimum charge of 4 days. We kindly ask you to inform us at least one week in advance should you wish to use this service. All children must use the swimming pool under supervision. Villa Thinalo does not provide fencing or alarm for the swimming pool.
Wine Cellar
Our wine cellar’s references are available to our guests (except few bottles from our private collection). You can ask to consult our catalogue and prices at any time. The Cellar will remain locked during guests stay. The purchase of wine can be required by contacting our Villa Manager that will provide access.
Sauna
We recommend not using the sauna for more than 15 min per session. The use of the sauna is highly not recommended for children under the age of 12 years old. Make sure teenagers are always supervised by an adult when using the sauna.
